Protein Truffle Goodness
Here's a perfect treat for your weekend or to take to your host of a holiday party. They'll thank you later!
1/2 cup almond butter
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 scoops eggnog protein or chocolate protein
Dollop of melted caramel sea salt chocolate to complete!
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
Makes 12 truffles
